Recognizing that smaller property owners lacked access to quality management services, she launched independent contracting work in 2017. This led to founding Hardt Hospitality in 2021. Her expertise spans residential properties from condos and apartments to luxury estates, covering maintenance, leasing, bookkeeping, and legal compliance.
Assistant Property Manager
Maurice joined in 2018 with a decade of customer service excellence and five years of management leadership. Holding an MBA, he oversees financial operations and procedures. His responsibilities include tenant applications, inquiries, and eviction management.
Tenant Manager
Starting her real estate career in 2013, Marteka worked as an administrative assistant and leasing agent. She manages office support, guest accommodations, and property inspections.
